I want to report a further bug within GO 4.1.10 app for Android. Offline maps are no longer working!  First, offline maps downloaded by earlier GO4 version seem to no longer work.  If I then select "Offline Map" from the main menu the app shows a message "Acquiring Offline Citiy List" and then displays a message "Network unavailable" after some time, although the device is online via Wifi connection.  This bug has been confirmed also by other users on drone forums and does not depend on a specific phone or tablet model.

Hi there, I tried my Android device but didn't seem to have the issue, it works for me. Please make sure the linking WiFi is working. If the case persists, please try to reinstall the app. Or provide me with a video which could demonstrate this if still doesn't work.

I have tried with three different mobile devices, two phones and one tablet and have seen the problem with all three in similar way. It also made no difference if I tried it while the Mavic was offline and not connected or while the Mavic was online. I am using a 5.8GHz Wifi network to avoid any interference with Mavic on 2.4GHz. The wifi connection to the internet is stable and reliable, as I use it all the day and have also updated Mavic firmware as well as the Nofly database via this connection before.
Prior to my reporting I had already uninstalled the GO4 app, deleted all DJI folders and then done a clean install to ensure it's really a bug.
If this bug doesn't show up with your device, could it be a country-dependent bug then? I remember an old 4.1.5 bug where the app crashed as soon as the Mavic got a GPS fix due to a string localisation issue.

My phone is htc M9, it works fine, doenn't have any issue.

I had this issue a few days ago and I manage to fix it. I'm not sure which of the steps did the trick or if it was all of them. Also, I'm using Android, no idea if it can also work for IOs.

1.- Uninstall DJ Go App 4. If you have the HereMaps Android app installed uninstall it too.
2.- Use a file browser app to remove all the DJI and Here maps leftovers from the internal storage of your phone (directories .here-maps, amap, DJI)
3.- Install DJ Go App 4 from Play store but do not execute it.
4.- Install HereMaps App from Play store and execute it.
5.- Execute Go App 4
6.- Optionally uninstall HereMaps App

Before that I tried steps 1 and 4 separately but it didn't work.

Tried according your suggestions, installed "HERE WeGo", downloaded an offline map, tried again within GO4. No change to before, still doesn't work!

if your mobile phone has external SD card ? if yes ,you could try to insert it ,and try it again , it might fix it

After several tests, the list of country/region/cities appeared !

I have same for my android devices running DJI Go Apps V4.1.10!
Can't download offline maps, it just showing me (Please Wait)....until i sleep also the same!

I have the same problem with the latest update for DJI Go 4.1.10 ..... and yes i have removed reinstalled etc etc ......  

Think there's some sort of glitch on the app or server side? Been using it for few days and only one time today I noticed the Offline Maps menu list gone missing while connected to the AC but the downloaded maps are still there. Didn't really do anything as it seems to work fine though. Then a while ago, the menu is back there again.

hi to all. i saw u all tried to download and keeping "please wait". i tried to test download but can already. i tried few countries all can. i think in singapore network very high speed so able to download and update firmware my mavic pro as well without any corrupted happen.

Yesterday i updated firmware mavic pro -> remote controller left 81% and 1st battery aircraft left 80% to complete with high network speed wireless at my home. my home router have 2 Gbps.

Identical issue here on 3 devices.  Mediapad M3, Nexus 7 2013 and Nexus 5x

Just hangs on "Please Wait" and doesnt even get that far unless you close the warning about satellite maps at the top.  Cache cleared, fresh installs of the app so clearly something is broken.

same problem...  network unavailable Android 7.1.1/ dji go4 4.1.10

Tryed again today. Now it is possible to download the ofline maps.  Oneplus 3 Android 7.1.1 dji go4 4.1.10

Same problem on every Android Device I want to fly with.

Can't download the maps on my K1 due to "network unavailable" same on my Note 8 and MediaTab, S6 Edge Plus, etc.

Tested on Android 7.1.1, 7.0, 6.1, 4.4.4.

Yes, the internet connection is available for sure on all devices I have tested with, working all day with them using my network connection without any problems and with various apps. It's a GO4 app bug, so please report it!

Tested xiaomi phone and same problem... 3 different wifi 2 mobil internet... Network error

Yes, the apps is latest version 4.1.10.

I did many times uninstalled deleted inside folder and download on google play store but it same.

Issue still present on all 3 of my devices so if its a server problem, its a very very long one.

definitely server or app issue, when i install v4.1.3 again i can download the maps on same network.

similar thing happen to flight record as well, if i dont turn off mobile data and connect to wifi, the maps wont load, if i turn off mobile data and keep wifi on, the map will load.

I am still unable to download the offline maps.  Samsung S7 GO 4.1.10

But my CS downloads them just fine all via the same internet connection so this is not a network issue as such.

Btw, it does work fine with DJI Go 4.1.3, but the maps are gone after the update to 4.1.10

I have the same problem, but I think this already appeared in the DJI GO 4 version 4.1.9. (Samsung Galaxy S8).
Deleting/reinstalling DJI DO 4 didn't help.
I then deleted all the "here" folders on my phone and somehow it seemed to worked better (not correctly yet) after that.

The Android version of DJI GO 4 is full of bugs and only held together by kilometers of duct tape.
