I'm looking at buying some new props for my P3P I'm mainly looking photography use with the drone although i'm still on the learning curve of getting use to flying. I do have a spare set of props that came with the drone and they look like standard props that comes with the drone.

Do i need to concider the lenght of the prop as well? carbon or plastic? i'm also thinking of prop gaurds as well.

Any help.

The length of the P3 propellers is the same for all the models.  As far as DJI white plastic or carbon fiber props......there is purported  to be slight increase in performance with the carbon fiber props but I'm not sure it really makes that much of a difference.

My advice would be to stay with genuine DJI props.........especially if your P3P is still under warranty.

The P2 and P3 both use 9450 props.
That's just the size.
For the P3 you need P3 props.  They have nylon threaded hubs while the P2 props have metal threads.

I agree about buying stock props.
