Stopped after updating

I just experienced message show”DJIGo has stopped”,after updating.
I had been using DJIGo for years, no problem whatsoever.
No matter how I uninstalled it and re-install it many many times, the same message showed.
I am using Samsung Edge7.
I tried installing the same DJIGo app onto my ISO device, it work perfectly with no problem.
Anybody can help, regards.

Do you also runDJI Go 4 at the same time? Please close DJI Go 4 completely when you run DJI Go.

Thanks Mindy,
DJIGo4 had already been deleted from the mobile for a long time.
DJIGo is the only DJI app in the mobile.
(Except DJI Vision)

Hi Mindy,
Just let you know after I installed the DJIGo app according to what you advised, it s working perfectly 100% OK.
But I noticed my Samsung Edge7 automatically update the  version by itself.
That made it not working. again.
(Although I turned off the automatic update function)
Just let you know, no other means.
By the way, did you notice other users have the same problem

It you turned off the automatic update function, the APP is not supposed to update.
DJI Go is relatively stable right now, there are not many users feedback the same problem.
