a few days ago i unpacked my new phantom 4 pro. i updated everything nicely and took off, during flight the dji go 4 app sometimes says i have a "Battery Signal Error".
Can anybody please help me with this issue. Its really frustrating since ive already had a problem with my very first P4P, i had to send in because of a body shell crack. Now i have this drone with other problems

Does this battery have been updated with the aircraft? If yes, please try to drain the battery and recharge it fully to check whether it is the misinformation.

Follow what has been suggested, although it is a shame you are having these issues. Do be careful though. I wouldn't get too far with any type of battery error showing. Would hate to see the thing fall out of the sky!

If the battery needs to be updated, you will certainly get a battery error message in the app.

Have you checked in the app under About, which firmware versions you currently have installed?

Alex, you can watch this video and upgrade your AC again through DJI Assistant 2.

well, i did a factory data reset and now i wanted to upgrade the latest firmware, but it says '' cannot load firmware list''

Try Closing the app and restarting it

i have done that at least a thousand times

Please try to shut down the application and the drone, restart your PC and reconnect again, if it still doesn't work, try to reinstall DJI Assistant 2 to see if it helps to load the firmware.

As long as you have all current firmware, your battery should already be uptodate.

So after a bit of flying around, i noticed the false message still appears sometimes, even after  i tried it with two different firmwares and two batteries.
its a shame, but ill be sending this drone for exchange, just because because of this stupid message...
One positive thing though! the last repair/exchange only took one week, so i will hopefully be flying again soon.

Why is dji not listening?
I just got an email that they would exchange the battery, but thats not the Problem. The Error is caused by the Aircraft and not the battery, since i have two batteries and both show problems with the drone

If that is the case i will have to send the drone in for the 3. Time! I just wanna let you guys know, i am going to keep doing this until i get a fricking functioning drome

Estou com um problema no meu Mavic 2 Pro.
Há cerca de 3 meses comprei duas baterias, novas!
Uma delas está funcionando perfeitamente...a outra, voei 4 vezes apenas a apresentou a seguinte mensagem: "BATTERY SIGNAL ERROR. ENSURE THAT YOU BATTERY IS PRODUCED BY DJI AND CHECK THE BATTERY CONNECTION. CONTACT DJI SUPPORT IF THIS PERSISTENT..."

Pois bem...realizei a troca a muito custo e com uma demora de 2 meses e meio.
A nova bateria chegou essa semana. Fiquei extremamente feliz pois só estava usando a mesma sempre!
Voei apenas uma vez ontem e fui ligar ele agora pela tarde e a mesma mensagem aparece!! Estou muito chateado, pois o drone LIGA, porem nao funciona. A batteria tem todos os dados em branco...como se não exitisse. Já tentei todas as formas de reparo via DJI ASSISTANT 2 mas nada resolve. Alguém saberia de alguma outra forma?
A bateria é NOVA!
aMBAS VIERAM COM "0 CILOS" !!
