When I click on the remote control symbol on my iPhone screen I get a warning about intelligent flight mode if I click on agree is that going to mess up my settings or is that just to let me know that some of the functions will interrupt the intelligent flight.

Could you please provide me with the screenshot of it? And yes, some of the intelligent flights might reset your camera settings, like Active Track.
