Please note that the maximum capacity of SD card of OSMO is 64GB. I would recommend you use SD card of Class 10/ UHS-1 or more.  Here is the recommended SD card:
1.Lexar 633X Class10 16 GB MicroSDHC UHS-l
2.Panasonic 16 GB MicroSDHC UHS-3
3.Sandisk Extreme 16 GB MicroSDHC UHS-3

Have you already tried reformatting the SD card via the Go app?

These are good guide lines... I'd suggest getting a SD card between 32gb-64gb for 4k recording. I have a 32gb extreme sandisk micro sd

I don't understand fully they say UHS 1 or better, and the link provided is better in all aspects not just in capacity but in read/write speed again in all aspects a better drive  Lexar Professional 1000x microSDXC 128GB UHS-II/U3. Why is this not recommended to use?

Why is 64GB the max capacity? Why cant bigger capacity cards be used? I have heard they do but why do DJI state no more than 64GB?

The compatibility of 128G SD Card cannot be guaranteed, please use the SD in our compatible list, thanks for your understanding.

It's not the price, it's the bus capacity that matters in here. The cards must be at least UHS-I (it supposes a 45MBps bus), the manufacturers print on their cards that them opperate at 90MB, but there's a huge difference bewteen Write/Read bus. If you analyze some of those cards, the bus to Write data will be ~15Mbps, while the Read speed would be 45Mbps (in the case of UHS-I and the manufacturer) - See: bits, not Bytes.

My Sandisk Extreme 64GB UHS1 is not on the list. Should I be concerned?

As long as the the write speed is faster than 60Mbps and grade higher than Class 10. (Take note of the write speed. Currently, most SD cards notifies only average/maximum write speed or read speed).
Even though the SD card meets the standard, we cannot guarantee its own manufacture quality, thanks for your understanding.
