Just wondering if there will be more lenses available in the not too distant future, reason I ask is that I tend to need different focal lengths to suit clients needs, 16mm (35mm equiv) is a regular one for architecture photography.
I would love to upgrade to the X7 for higher res but the available lenses are a bit of a worry.

It would be great to see longer focal lengths, like an 85mm or 100mm on the X7.  I love the Olympus 45mm(90mm FF equiv) telephoto on the X5s to get long fast sweeping shots, not to mention the f/1.8 aperture.

There are two tech challenges to creating longer focal length lenses: keeping the same 2.8 f-stop with a longer focal length (why fast telephotos are usually heavy with lots of glass) and stabilizing the lens with a narrower field of view. As it is, the 50mm DL lens has a 35mm equivalent focal length of 77mm in wide view and 85mm in narrow view. That will give you a moderate telephoto perspective, which you can always increase by cropping into the frame (6K>4K, for example).

I expect that there will be further long  or zoom lens choices available, but the constraints are weight (=flight time)  and gimbal stability.

I would love to see a wider focal length than the 24mm eq. Maybe a 10mm to give 15mm eq.
