I have been using my Phantom 3 Standard for quite a long time and I recently got a new samsung galaxy s8.  The problem that I am experiencing is when I open the DJI go 3.1.11 app it tells me that it does not support my screen resolution, then it crashes before getting past the loading screen.  I cannot fly my drone and don't know what to do.  Pleas help, thanks.

I had this problem on my Pixel. What I had to do was go to Settings on the phone, select Display, and I had to adjust the Display size and Font size to Default. Had to close the app, restart the phone, and open the app again. It worked for me hopefully it works for you.

try Lower your screen resolution on the phone in settings/ display/ screen resolution

Tried both those things and still no luck. Thanks for the comments though

Charlie, please ensure that your app is the latest version. I would recommend you the devices in the recommended list.
