I was trying to fly my P4 PRO+ and I was getting an error about a Mainland China Phone. I did evrything that was said in the Forum: updated my informations, with my country(Brazil), clear the cache, and tried again and nothing. Then I reseted both the P4 Pro+ and the controller, now I can't connect to the internet to login, it doesn't give me the option to connect to the wi-fi. Can someone tell me what to do to fix it?

Swipe down the screen and enable the WiFi, you can login your DJI account to confirm.

Hi - I just hit this problem after testing a Crystalsky and updating the app. I then played with the simulator. As soon as I came out of the simulator, I got the phone number request. I fixed this by completely reinstalling the app - a full factory reset on the Crystalsky - and not going near the simulator. Hope that helps
