Did you use an Osmo for the ground shots? Great vid! Looks like a cool place to visit one day!

     Yes it is!  It is any dish (often a side dish) made of squid or fish (usually) mixed with a sauce (many types used in oriental cooking) and chopped green onions, sweet onions, regular onions (can you tell we like onions!) and seaweeds of different sorts (usually Hawai'ian or Japanese).  There are other specialized poki bowls around.  Now, poki bowls are seved with poki over sticky rice and obviously in a soup bowl.  BTW, I have probably missed something here.

     Mmmm, Now ya made me hungry!

     Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the fish is raw and the squid is lightly steamed.  But none of it is still kicking.  But, it sure is tasty!

I watched an episode of Bizarre Foods which demonstrated some still moving sliced up octopus.

A Doubtful delight here, as I have a sensitive stomach capacity,  with that sort of dining...

"Sorry I brought that up. I couldn't possibly keep it down!!" Ha

     Well, yes, I to draw the line as you do.  If it is moving, forget it.  But deep ocean fish rarely have any problems with health issues when eaten uncooked.  But octopus have to be at least steamed.  BTW, over here we call octopus, squid.  I forgot to mention that.

     Researchers who study pseudorca (False Killer Whales) over here and swim with them in the ocean have had them offer them part of or even half of a fish, like a Mahimahi.  Hard to turn that down!

I have eaten so much fish, I became a great swimmer. Ha


The only things I eat that are still breathing are greens.
