Phantom 3 SE, dji go-app before 4, ipad air 2.

Camera setting in the settings menu are greyed out so I am unable to acess it.
Works fine with the android app on my Galaxy S5 though, which should indicate that there's no hardware problem.
The funny thing is that I've seen screenshots on other forums of the iOS go-app version that also have a grayed out camera setting.
Is the iOS-version supposed to be like this? Would be nice to be able to change EV, ISO and other values.
I appreciate any help.-thanks.

No, it should be working on either OS. Try reinstalling the app on your IOS and refreshing the FW.

I'm good to go now. I just found out what the thingy below the red button means. The one with the tree sliders.
I can now acess ISO, EV and shutter speed etc.
In the main menu settings the camera option is still greyed out, but who cares.
Thanks for all replies.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the grey camera option? I'd like to look into it. Sounds like you are in the video mode, not picture mode.

To spare you all for more headaches I'll tell you what suddenly dawned on me: The grayed out settings items are simply the designations for different sections of the general settings menu.
They are supposed to be grayed out.
To enter the camera settings themselves I need to tap the symbol below the record button,-the one with three sliders.
Here I'm able to set the shutter, EV, ISO and WB.
I'm new to this, so I'll have to ask wether my assumption are correct or not.

Please RTFM. and then RTFM again. Ha

Happy that you have now discovered the secret and hidden camera parameters. ;-)

Enjoy...
