I have a question and I hope someone could explain this

My recording settings in the DJI GO app are: 4k with 24 fps.

When I look with windows explorer the details of the recorded movie is 23 fps and in Davinci Resolve it shows 23.976 fps
Now for editing in Davinci Resolve what for fps must I choose?    23, 24 or 23.976 fps

I would choose the last.
Just like 30fps is not 30fps but 29.97

I would also choose 29.976. In fact, it sacrifices the actual frames for carrying the extra info, so it is 29.976 when shooting with 30FPS.
