I try to connect drone-pc and appears NO SIGNAL, I disconnect the cable and disappears NO SIGNAL.
Is it normal?
My phone is certified Honor 8 and Enabled Developer Option

Just to verify, are you trying to connect the mobile, instead of PC, right? I would recommend you to re-install the APP, restart the aircraft and controller again to see whether it helps.

You cannot establish a link between the RC and craft when the craft is connected via USB to your PC. Is that what you meant?

The RC is connected because I can move gimbal, but the image on the phone is "locked" and grey.

No I turn on the drone, turn on the RC, they connect correctly, then I connect drone with PC by USB cable to download photo and video and appears NO SIGNAL with grey image blocked.

The best way to transfer the video is to remove the sd card from the drone and insert it into the pc.    If you want to do it with the usb cable, make sure you are using the usb port on the camera, not the one under the rubber flap on the drone body.

Agree with Kneepuck, besides, there is no need to power on the RC and connect the RC to the APP when you are exporting the images and videos from the drone to a PC.

Did you test? Ok I know that is not necessary power ON the RC, but I want to be sure that is normal NO SIGNAL or it is a real error message.

The drone was not designated in that way. Disconnect the PC and restart the unit is helpful to verify whether the drone works well.

Just a little thing. There are USB cables for charging and USB cables for data transfer. Both look the same. Use the correct cable.
