So I have a question.
I recently bought an osmo off a business that deals with refurbished products, they advertise that the Osmo has 6 months warranty direct with manufacturer.
Now, I've noticed that the sensor has an area of bad pixels in a square that show up in every image.
So it's a simple question really, will DJI honour the warranty of this Osmo (it was originally activated in June this year too, I know this because the original owners photos were still stored and I can see they never got it beyond "gimbal locked")

Viridis, could you please send more original pictures from SD card directly for further analysis?
For warranty service, the device will need to be evaluated by local repair team firstly to see if there is malfunction.

Thanks for your quick update.
I found the bad pixels on the following pictures. bad pixel.png
If the problem persists in every single picture, please send in at your most convenience for evaluation.

The bad pixels show in the non cleaned versions too, it's just when they go through dng cleaner instead of being light green or pink, they go bright purple

I see, it seems there is something wrong with the sensor or gimbal cable.
Would you mind flashing the firmware before sending in? Tutorial video for you.
