Hello

I have noticed that sometimes, when I turn on the Mavic it appears for a few seconds the message Air Encoder Error 0x3c000000, but the message disappears and everything seems to work normally.

I have the latest firmware and app version
App v4.1.12
Aircraft and RC v01.04.0000

I using DJI GO 4 in my iPhone 7 Plus 128Gb IOS 11.0.3

Any information about this error?

Please try to restart the drone for times to see will it disappear, sometimes it is a false warning. Also, please check if there is a firmware updating needed, try to refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2. See if these could help. If the message persists, please send it back, it seems like the hardware issue.
