[size=14.6667px]Can someone please help me with this issue? It is not displaying the video feed or other info. I can still fly the drone with the controller, just can't take pictures, video, or anything at all because of this error. It won't information at all! This error is on the Mavic Pro Platinum. I am a first-time flyer and need all the help I can get! It says the code error is 0x4000000
[size=14.6667px]Haven't been able to do a lot of testing because it is 10 at night here. This is very frustrating and upsetting. Love the support this community gives though!

Please try to restart the drone for times. Also, please check if there is a firmware updating needed, try to refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2. See if these could help.

Hi.  I found this thread by accident.  Thank you.   I Have the same error.

Mavic Pro Plus, New out of the box:
Air Encoder Error (0x4000000)

Support doesn't seem to know what it is.  They guess it's a hardware issue.
I was told to return it.  ( I have no flight time)

I have used/tried both the 16 memory card included, and tried a 64G card as well (The one from DJI store)

Sorry.  Just noticed an error.  For some reason, I can't edit my post.    I just got the Mavic Pro Platinum yesterday, and have to return it due to same error:  "Air Encoder Error (0x4000000).  Never got a chance to fly it.  All is updated, and cards taken out/ reinserted, and formatted.    What a shame after waiting so long.

After you have refreshed the software, try plugging in your phone through the USB in the middle of the RC. I flew 20 minutes and had no problem. I haven't had the opportunity to fly it again. SO just unplug the micro USB on the left on the RC and use the USB on the bottom on the RC and see if that works.

Hi there, here's an update from our engineers, please check if the drone can be used normally, if you can fly the drone and it works properly, just ignore this error now, it could be the false message of the app, our engineers will get it sorted via the app.

Evening Thor, I have this issue also.

I tried rolling back to the version that I recieved the drone with then updating from DJI assistant 2. Still have that error pop up.

However everything is green but that error.

I will put the drone in beginner mode tomorrow to restrict flight and then test it and report back. I hope that it is just an issue that can be sorted with the app.

Thor,
This issue seems to be unique to the iOS system.
The tech support is telling people it is a hardware issue and to return the new drone.

I do not believe this is hardware, as the problem is unique to iOS and has not been noted in Android.

It appears to be a firmware problem with the remote communicating with the phone through the port.
The code is a error seen in the video processing handshake with the phone.

I am sorry for the misleading, it is confirmed that this is a false warning if you are using Mavic Pro Platinum with iOS device. Please don't send it back, our engineers will address it soon.

What is the timeline for this fix?  I know you said in #17 that the engineers are working on it and it is a false warning, however it does cause the video feed screen to go blank.  Also I've tried hooking to the bottom USB port as suggested by others in the other forum, and it does nothing to solve the issue.

Thor, I also have this error message showing on the app on my new P4P. It still flies without a problem for now. Looking to complete reinstall FW on the DJI assistant 2 sometime today.  Activated only on my cell once received.

I am sorry, I don't have the time frame at the moment. But this false warning will not affect the use of the app and drone. May I know what mobile device are you using, had you tried to reset the camera settings? You can try, if it doesn't help, could you please provide me with the screenshot of it? I'll help to check.
