I just bought the Tarot X4 ARF combo from Foxtech, and the instructions are lacking.  I wanted to run my setup by experienced members and see if I am missing anything, and if my mapping of all the components is correct.  This is my first drone build and I have a few questions that can be referenced on the pics.  Foxtech is non helpful in the support dept.  I am essentially replicating their build, but adding a FLIR camera.

A FEW QUESTIONS

1. Since i am powering using two 6s batteries, do I need a UBEC between the PMU and the batteries or can it take that much voltage?  If a UBEC is needed how many volts?
2. How do I connect the CAM GIMBAL to the Foxtech gimbal to control it with the M600 expansion board?
3. I was using a 5v UBEC on the FLIR camera perviously.  Now the LB2 AV cable powers the FLIR from the looks of it... what voltage is supplied from the LB2 AV cable?  If more than 5v i probably want to add the 5v UBEC.  I plan to run the FH310W camera and FLIR together (i saw a post that allows this over LB2).
4. On the 1240x ESC's, Do I need to have them connected to the Smart ESC Comm board, or just plugged to the A3 Controller?
5. Do i Need a UBEC in between the ESC?

Thanks for any help with putting this together. I plan to use this to assist in locating my lost dog and want to get this up and running ASAP.

I forgot to add...6.  Which port to I connect the Tarot landing gear to on the A3?
