Been messing around with Microsoft ICE the last two days and finally figured out my "Tiny Planets". Not TOO bad for the first go. I'm going to play around with it some more tomorrow and try to get things (buildings, watertowers and trees) to stick out of the planets more.

I did NOT use Litchi. I just used the Pano setting on the Spark but then turned the camera and did Pano again and again and again. Kept doing it until I thought I had the whole area covered. Then just took all the pictures and dumped them into one big folder. Imported into Microsoft ICE and then did finishing work in Photoshop. I had anywhere from 99 to 137 photos from each location. Only screwed up one location and missed part of the sky so that "Tiny Planet" was incomplete.

I was making 360° with ICE too, but I have no clue how to form that into planets in PS. Whats the steps required to achieve that? Cheers.

That's very impressive work. Well done.
Can you elaborate a little on the way you collect the photos? horizontal or vertical panos? additional sinigle-shot photos? gimbal movements? How many shots in each stage?
Thank a lot!

So until I'm better at this (practicing more today) I'm going to steer clear of giving too much advise on it. I was using 9-pic panos and then turning the drone at 90 degrees. I took 3 sets (down, medium, up) at every angle. But I'm trying some different techniques today. Stay posted. I'll figure it out and make a nice tutorial. But glad people are enjoying the results so far.

9, but wondering why it's not letting me take 21 pic panos today. hmmm

Tried a new tactic today. Did NOT work at all. But I did stitch this from about 100 photos and figured out how to distort it to make the water tower larger.

What options do you have to pick for that? Would be great to know, thanks.

Stereographic mode in ICE. I'll try to make a walkthrough this weekend.
