We have recently received our DJI Matrice 200 Inustrial drone and have had a few shorts test flights with it. The battery now shows it has an error and is not taking any charge.
The Indicator light on the charging hub shows a solid red light. Is there any corrective action I can take to resolve this problem or is it a simply a swap out that is required? The battery is the standard TB50 battery set that the M200 is shipped with.

When I connect the TB50 batteries to the M200 Battery charging hub, it shows a solid red light indicating that there is a battery error.

Sorry, I thought you get a particular error message on the APP, are you able to power the M200 up with this battery inserted? If yes, please check if there is an error message on the APP. Besides, is the firmware up to date? If not, please try to upgrade the firmware with this battery inserted.

The batteries are completely dead. I have connected another set of TB50 batteries to the M200 and the craft is not reporting any errors. There must be a fault with the set that the craft came with. Also is there a way to download the flight records from the craft directly? DJI Assistant 2 does not seem to detect the craft. I have switched between the PC mode and the mobile mode setting on the physical switch where you plug the USB cable in.
