By mistake I disconnected the DJI app from my phone!!! I have now reinstalled it but have lost all flight records and videos that was on the phone is there any. Way to retrieve them? Thanks Bob

Log back into the origin

Log back into youre original dji acc where you backed up to thr

Log into you're dji account where you saved your media then all backed up data inc flight logs will be there

If you didn't sync, no way to get flight records. Afraid  videos are gone too, unless you have them on sd card.

Just log back in and re-sync it.
