Dear alex_markov,

And that gap of age is the reason that this forum is so good with such experienced pilots and awesome techinical discusses and, as a majority of actions, so polite and well-educated persons.

What are canasters?  I've never heard of that word.  Maybe I don't want to know.

As for the poll, I see not a single bird has voted.  Interesting.

I'm guessing you are  British or Austrailian as your reference "bird" I assume means female? Well if you are, "Canasters" is just American slang for "Bullocks" also known a balls, gonads, or grapes depending in what context

Naw, not British I'm in fact American.  I just didn't want to use terms such as chick, broad, dame, bimbo, or dingbat, because it might have offended some of the sensitive types around here.

Never heard the term canasters here in the USA before.  Might be a regional thing.  I even googled it, and only found references to tobacco tins or something of that nature.

" Might be a regional thing" Ya your right - straight outa Boston, No wonder many people can't understand us Yankees. Funny I just tried to post some additional New England slang in this post and it said "Sorry your fill contains bad information cannot submit" I checked it wasn't on George Carlins 7 words you cannot say on radio or TV !!

Curious, why does it matter? Questions and enthusiasm do not discriminate by sex or age. I'm not certain the purpose of such a poll. It does nothing to increase my knowledge.

I've just picked up my first drone at 58, I have flown RC planes for a while though. I'm trying to teach myself to look down more when flying !
