can't fly, it always disconnect.

i can see the camera and move the gimble, but that's it!

Please check if there is a need to upgrade the firmware of the drone and RC. Sometimes the firmware version with a +/- mark behind means the upgrading incomplete, you need to check the version after upgrading. You can check the version by this way: power on the drone, RC, app and enter device---upper right icon---general----about. Besides, please try another USB cable, update the iOS system to iOS 11.1 beta 3 and see if it works.

Now I’m on 11.2 and the problem still here.
Yesterday I flew my friends mavic using my iPhone and I had no disconnection issues. It could be coincidence as the problem doesn’t show up every time I fly but I’m afraid it could be my mavic who’s having camera issues!

my wife iphone and my other android phone works fine.
the problem is with my iphone with 11.1
