Of course all is my opinion and totally depending on taste!
The subject is rather 'classy', at least I would say, that does not fit the speed effects (that would suit a 'raw' subject more, like an urban city shot or something)
Some cuts are not on the 1st beat, but half way the bar, that (to my ears) does not work very well, unless there are clear accents in the song that force you to cut halfway a bar.
I like the song, but feel it does not suit the subject.

At what time? Where is the half way cut?
For me all the cuts are exactly where they should be. On the beat. Yes the speed effect is not tied to the beat, but it doesn't have to be.

I like to cut on the first beat of a bar only. (like
1,2,3,4
CUT,2,3,4
1,2,3,4
CUT etc.)
Unless the music is offbeat by itself (some accents in songs might be on different places that are suitable for a cut)
Like 'eye of the tiger' has accents that are great to cut on other places than 1st beat.
But in your song it is just plain 1234 with no accents, so I would cut on 1st beats only.

Here the cuts are not on the first beat of the bar.
0:32 third beat
0:39 fourth beat.
1:01 third beat

Of course, there is no right and wrong, but it feels unnatural when you expect a cut and don't see it and vice versa.
Maybe it is just my authistic musician mind

The other 'comment' about the speed effect is that it feels too much for this subject. I personally would use that for a urban shoot with big music and different style. Not this type of subject.

But don't get me wrong, it is just my opinion on how I would alter the edit to my taste

For me this was the perfect way to edit it. I guess it's my thing. I usually don't cut at the exact same beat part. I like to mix it up for some variety.

Its always nice to see such a beautiful craftsmanship. Unfortunately some of the (sanlorenzo-sucks.com) lately lost their touch...
