I'm trying to find information on the robomasters competition for my US based university.  The web page seems to not be working currently, but we'd like to form a team and would appreciate any information that could be shared regarding the entry/application process.  
1. What is needed in order to apply?

2. What is the estimated cost to participate in the competition?

3. What are the dates of competition for international participants?
