Have just updated the app on my iPad Mini 2 to version 4.1.14, now when I load a saved flight from the flight list the map opens in the standard view, if I click on layers and select satalite or hybrid the app pauses and then closes. I have uninstalled the app and re-installed and re-synced the flight records but the problem remains, I do also have the DJI GO app installed as I had a Phantom 3 for a short while and this acts perfectly even syncing the P4 flights and showing the map in satalite view.

On a slightly different note does anyone else use a Mini 2 as mine keeps nagging to upgrade to iOS 11, but have read suggestions on the internet about it not really being a fast enough processor and slowing the tablet down to almost unusable.

I too have just updated the iOS 4.1.14 on my iPhone 6p as well as my iPad Pro as well and it crashes every time I enter flight with my phantom 4.  I don’t know if it’s AC specific but I haven’t tried it with the Mavic.

Thanks makes me think I haven't flown since updating, was concentrating too much on the flight playback, will have to check when I have a few minutes.

Also having this problem with my iPhone 7 Plus/iPad Pro and P4 Advanced.

I just updated to 4.1.14 on my iPhone SE and my iPad Mini 2.  Every time I enter the app it crashes.  ???

I can also confirm that the latest GO crashes on my iPhone 7 once I "Enter Device". I can access flight records etc OK however.

Finally uninstalled the app and reinstalled.  Seems to work now.

McCraik, could you upload a short video of the map issue? I'll look into it.

On my iPad Pro 12,9", my iPad 9,7" and my iPhone 7 (all with iOS 11.0.3) DJI GO 4 (Version 4.1.14)also CRASHES when changing from STANDARD to SATELITE or HYBRID...

I REINSTALLED the APP, lost more than 70 flight-records... this did not help...

As I also own the OSMO Plus I checked this behaviour on the DJI GO app (Version 3.1.18) changing the view of the maps when re-playing flights works OK...

and DJI wants me to believe something is wrong at my side? Just me

At home now and have taken P4 out for a flight, no problems with app crashing works fine. Have taken short video of what happens when I try to view playback from flight list and try to change from Standard to Satellite view. Only question is how do I upload it to the forum, I click on advanced then video and it looks like it needs a web address but the file is on my computer.

I got my app up and going and so far no problems. Had to uninstall from both the iPhone and iPad Pro, reboot the devices and then reinstall. Simply uninstalling and reinstalling wasn’t working on my end. Had to reboot both devices between.

This has been CORRECTED in the DJI GO 4 V. 4.1.15 which just came out... Have fun! DJI did some good work... now.... I still wait how I can get back the info of more than 70 flights.......

CORRECTED in V. 4.1.15!! BRAVO DJI.... but there is more to repair like syncing FLIGHT RECORDS and I mean ALLLLLLLLLLLLL please

Please try to re-install the APP and check again. If no helps, please upload the video to Google Drive or Dropbox and send us the link, we'll be here for further assistance.
