Hi Grace,
I have a question. I’m sure those who tried to enter into the Story category are facing the same problem as me. According to the guideline a minimum number of 5 pictures have to be uploaded.
At the upload page you select 5 pictures, you have the description and the interface is the same as the photo upload page. After publishing, all the pictures get uploaded/appear separately. Wouldn’t it be better to use the “Tips” form to create the story?

And if there are anything I can help you, just tell me.

Sorry I was not clear with my question.
1) I would like to add some new photos to the contest page. I have one photo already started. When I go to the contest (my works) page, I can see only one picture after uploading 3 new ones. The new ones show in my Skypixel page but not in the contest.

I just looked through your Skypixel page with my colleague who is in charge of the contest
Here are some tips we would like to provide for you.
1. If you wanna upload more than one pic on your page for the contest, you are supposed to upload them at the same time. What I mean is that, since you have already uploaded one, and after a few days or maybe a period of time, you wanna add new ones for that page, which is not allowed from the operation and technical perspective. So it appears like what you are facing now.
2. If you really want to make the four photo (one already started and the three you wanna add in) appear on the same page, there is only one way, which is to delete the first one and upload the four together at the same time.
3. another thing I wanna add here is that, every participant is allowed to upload more than one pic in any categories.We do not limit on that.

Thank you for listening to our needs and recommendations . I tried to check out the stories of others on skypixel. Unfortunately when I click on a picture which seems like it is entered into the story category all I get is a blank page. I would really like to share my story which content resembles and is in accordance with my pictures. With separate uploaded pictures the story kind of loses its emotional value.

Agree that.
Storytelling needs consistence so that the readers can follow the plots clearly and then get involved in.
I know what you are confused about and we are trying to fix that.
Besides this, there anything you feel incontinent during the participation?

The site is really broken - have tried 3 browsers and a ipad an no luck - site whining that the Jpgs are over 50mb and there is no way to get it to submit equipment

If you have some difficult in uploading pics here, actually, we are so sorry for that your pic is too large. We have some size limitation, about less than 5MB.

ye - about that - they should really do some customer success training before answering people trying to blame me for uploading and the rules does not state a 50 MB limit in bulk upload so beat it with your condescending emails

here is an example, it was pick as a "staff pick" but it doesn't show on "Our Picks" on the contest Gallery.

The "Staff Pick" on the Creation page is different from the "Gallery Pick" on the contest page. If your photos enter one of these two page, they will not automaticly enter the other page.

DJI Grace, I still do not know exactly if "single photo" can be a single photo composed of several photos stitched together? Or it has to be one single photo from one single JPG or raw.

I have some questions. I would like to know how they decide the winners? Is it only the judges that decide or does the likes are the main thing to decide the winners.
And my other question, is where we can see the ranking of the photos ?
