If the craft does not fly above the height of your garden fence (6ft), its for testing purposes and in the UK,  does that still fall under the congested area and you are not allowed to do it?

I cannot find anything with regards to keeping it below fence height
I am hoping thats a confused smiley and not erm, well, will leave it there lol

It does not fall under congested area.

It is recommended flying the drone in a wide broad area. It doesn't have altitude limit for normal flight, you can fly the drone at a low altitude, no problem. But please pay attention to the environment around and fly with caution.

6ft is the height of the fencing, if i go above, would the not constitute privacy issues?
