Hi,

I am experiencing some problems during last flights with actual firmware:

- sudden image freezes for several seconds, even while near to the Mavic, happening about every second flight
- sudden grey screen with the touchpad still creating the usual sounds on tapping but without effect on screen. Only chance is then powering off and on the goggles.

Do others experience similar problems?

What's the current firmware of Goggles and Mavic? Have you tried to refresh the firmware?

Firmware on both Mavic and Goggles is 01.04.0000. Have done a factory reset via the Goggles setup menu now and will check again when wind has calmed down on probably Monday. Have not done a firmware refresh via Assistant software yet.

Hi Diana,

Seems as doing just a Factory Reset via settings menu has solved the problem. Had several flights meanwhile wiithout the problems described occuring again. No firmware refresh done yet, would only do if the problems show up again.
