Hi! Today I decided to upgrade from my iPad mini3 to iPad mini 4. I installed all apps connected new iPad to P4P controller with the same cable I used before but DJI go did not connected to the controller or aircraft. When I unplug cable and plug it to my old iPad mini3 the app connects to the drone immediately. How can I fix this issue? Maybe the problem is that there 2 DJI go apps associated with one aircraft? One more thing - when I try to open 3D party apps like Litchi or DroneDeploy the apps tells me that they can’t connect the drone due to DJI SDK error, maybe this is the problem?
Add: New iPad don't see Mavic controller and aircraft too.

Which GO4 app version are you using? And what iOS version?

Looks like someone had the same issue in this thread in another forum, same versions. Reason I'm digging into this particular problem is I just ordered a mini 4 replacing my mini 2 : Mavicpilots

He resolved it restoring all as seen in #20. But a bit up there is someone else saying the cable might be an issue although the old cable worked with the old version ..

Please try to re-install the DJI GO or refresh the OS via iTunes to see whether it helps.

Thank you for your assistance! I refreshed my new iPad via iTunes and started as new iPad. Everything works! Unfortunately I lost all data and flight paths from all my 3rd party apps like GS Gro. When I try to restore ipad from old ipad backup, DJI Go4 does not see aircraft and controller. For the future please add data transfer function  for GS Pro. I was very disapointed that the app which called "professional" does not have any ability to export internal data to other apps. I even did not find any GS Pro app data in iTunes Apps file sharing section
