DaVinci Resolve. It's free and state of the art for color correction. It doesn't have all the versatility of some NLEs but it is getting. It is intimidating at first because it uses "nodes" instead of layers, but once you get past that, it is not that difficult to learn. The full version of Resolve is only $299 now and used to be $1,000.
The OP said 'simple to use' in his opening post, and Resolve is certainly not that.
