So how do we get a response for DJI care refresh to purchase.  Emailed over 8 hours ago, still waiting for a reply, and cannot purchase.  (New buy of refurbished product) Shows as already activated over 48 hours.

ooops. i have one but didnt bought care refresh. both front arms were damaged but glued them and all seems to be working except GPS signal from my Spark.
If i buy Care Refresh after a crash will i be able to use this service?

Hi nascimentohugo, sorry to know the drone has been crashed, for purchasing DJI Care Refresh, you will need to take a video to verify the drone is still in good and working condition, our DJI Care Team will need to check the video and decide if you are qualified to purchase.
As long as you purchase the DJI Care Refresh successfully, you can use it.
