What is going on this footage I took with the mavic (see link below).  when the drone moves the street looks very strange.
any thoughts or suggestions?

That's caused by the Mavic's rather strong video compression.

Basically, what happens is the camera stores the first complete picture and then only stores the changes between each subsequent frame. Because the compression is quite high much of that data has to be discarded. If there is a lot of fine detail it becomes quite obvious, as in your example.

Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it.

Would you mind uploading the original footage from SD card to Dropbox so I can download it? Besides, coz I don't know if I understand well, it would be nice it if you could add more details about the strange of the street. Appreciate your feedback.

What colour profile you shooting in ? Also have you turned up the sharpness ?

I found that slightly under exposing the image helped too.

what i have learned on youtube:

1: DONT use 1080p@60fps
2: set sharpness to +1
