[size=14.6667px]Hi everyone, anyone here ever got some weird battery error messages on RC?

[size=14.6667px]Before writing this post, I dig into other "battery errors" on the forum but couldn't find yet something like my case, so what happened:
[size=14.6667px]- Charged this battery to 100% a day before the flight;

[size=14.6667px]- The next day, I connected the battery and the RC showed me "BATTERY ERR", I checked the app and there was a message: "Battery Cell Error - Solution: to further confirme the health condition of your battery, do not power off the aircraft until disrchargin it to 5% after landing. Restart and sync the flight data and contact DJI Support soon."

[size=14.6667px]- I also checked the battery status, but everything appears to be normal with the cells:

[size=14.6667px]So, what I did:
[size=14.6667px]- Discharged the battery til 5%;
[size=14.6667px]- Let it "rest" for an hour;
[size=14.6667px]- Recharged until 50% (storage mode) just to check it out and the error message was not shown anymore!

[size=14.6667px]I wrote the DJI support and they kindly said that after 8 months my warranty is not valid anymore but I should try the following:
[size=14.6667px]• Place the Intelligent Flight Battery into your aircraft's battery compartment and turn it on.
• Leave it on until there is less than 8% of power left until the battery can no longer be turned on.
• Launch the DJI Go App to check battery levels.

After which allow the battery to cool down and recharge them to full charge. Repeat the steps twice then insert it back to the aircraft and power it on.

[size=14.6667px]My doubts are - Help is welcome:
[size=14.6667px]- Should I worry about this one or keep flying (taking care about future errors, of course)?
[size=14.6667px]- Anyone had sth like that before?
[size=14.6667px]- Does anyone know the reasons for this error?

[size=14.6667px]PS: I always take good care about my batteries like rotation, storage 45% to 50% charge, keep them in a cool place and time to time I check its status before flying.

From the screenshot you offered, you can see that the maximum of cells is 0.16V which has been beyond the normal status. If fully discharging and re-charging no helps, I would not suggest to use the battery any more.

Thanks, Susan. I will do it soon. Do you suggest that I do this fully charge and fully charge how many times?

What is the maximum voltage difference between cells advised when fully charged, could be considered as normal?

i did have battery error messages before - not exactly the same as yrs though - however my personal experiance has been that one of my batteries got sent back to china because my warentee was valid (although i have not got it back some months later yet). This battery had a swelling on the casing which i cold hardly see but when rubbing my pips over i could feel a definate bump. Check your battery for physical deffects - if there are any then i would be nervous to use that battery again. For other battery error problems i occasionaly /seldom have had then i found that refreshing or updateing my software has resolved those problems. I did notice that voltage disparity between cells on full charge - this is a bit worrying. It is acceptable to descharge with a very small variance between cells but one does not expect to see this when freshly charged. it may indicate a damaged cell. the risk of a damaged cell is that if it overheats it will kill the battery circuits which will shut the battey and the drone will fall out the sky - good luck

One or two times is enough. Voltage difference less than 0.1 between each cell when the battery is not working is seemed to be normal. Please try to do a full discharge and charge and see if the battery gets back to work.
