Is there anyway to export the panoramas as an actual sphere rather than a flat pano?

It’s pretty disappointing having this cool capability and then having to go into another software or app to actually use this feature fully?

What is the model of your mobile? You need to share your sphere panorama to the skypixel. Please have a try.

iPhone 7 Plus, but if I want to share it to other social media it’s just a flat pano, most people want to share to places like Instagram or twitter or places like that

I would recommend you share to skypixel first and then share to other places.

Which App version are you using? It's only a guess, but I could imagine that only the latest one has the feature to stitch the sperical panos. But I haven't tried yet myself.

My first pano sphero this morning , interestingly after updated the spark firmware on the dji assistant on my iMac the damn map database issue is back again!!!!

Looks interresting but it does not look as it is supposed to look like, or am I wrong? Isn't it supposed to be a bowl like thing?

It looks. Ofc it has ligh issue - lef and right border of photo dont match after uploading to 3d sofware and its more distort than 360 pano taken from 3 x 180. but this flat pano will be 360 3d if u upload it to kuula.co, facebook, insta. example of this photo in kuula.co https://snag.gy/QLOHYc.jpg

This dostortion is ugly - if spark in new pano mode makes photos frames in that way, most of us will stay in manual rotating way ;)

Did you get it to work as a photosphere? (this thing you can rotate like Google Streetview)

Presumably you still have access to the individual photos used for the pano, like with other pano modes?  You can stitch manually in something more powerful like PTGui..

If the AE is locked for the pano process, you'd think the ends would align in exposure...weird!

yes the photos are there this was a quick test of the new feature this morning before i rushed off to work

you need to use the software skypixel sky thingy , not tried yet , this was a quick flight before going to work this morning

My DJIGo4 app crashes when I try to stitch the sphere pano from the spark.   Am I the only one?

I am having the same issue, DJI Go 4 app crashes when I open sphere pano image. Anyone have a solution to this?

Yes no radio chip and gps here , no issues when flying the spark , i love the big screen when flying the spark , almost better than my googles

But that would mean your Spark does not know where you are right?
That would be needed for RTH if I understand correctly.
Or does the controller also have GPS?

last time i checked the gps was on the spark ;)

I would recommend you share to skypixel first and then share to other places.

I don't want to use Skypixel.  I don't want to share my Sphere publicly.  I want to simply download the stitched Sphere onto my phone or have it save to my SD card in the Phantom.

In this case, I would recommend you use the original photos in SD card and stitch the photos again.

If anyone with an iphone or ipad is looking for how to take the Sphere photo off the dji app and be able to post and share it anywhere you want let me know.  I found a super simple way that never has to leave the device, but will allow you to even end up with a jpg of the sphere, at full resolution.

I use RollWorld which is just ok.   Doesn’t allow you get much detail.

I used my P4P to create a really nice "planet" view of a spherical pano.  Having the ability to port this to Facebook or Skypixel in no way meets my needs.  It seems to be a way for DJI to add they logo to any shared image.  My normal process for P4P images is to use Lightroom/Photoshop and for video to use PremierPro.

Is there any way to use Lightroom/Photoshop to produce a "planet" view with the 34 images I get from the P4P.

BTW, I can use Lightroom/Photoshop to get excellent 180 panos.  That's a good step.

Hi, there. I think you can enter DJI GO-setting-Privacy and turn off the watermark if you do not like the logo. Or you can follow other users' advice to stitch the "planet" with the third party app.

export photos with your micro SD to a computer, download ICE, and use the features in it. I do it and don't mind the hassle becuase I can also save it my desktop. Good luck and fly safe
