Hello, I'm trying to contact you 4 times already, but you do not answer, I have this situation. I work as a journalist and I needed a quadrocopter to work, on September 10, 2017 I bought a DJI Mavic pro combo in the US and brought it to Russia. On September 12, 2017, I launched a quadrocopter 2 times to make a few photos. On September 13, 2017, I started DJI mavic pro to take off the report, it took off, the lights that blinked on the quadrocopter went out, then it fell to the ground and crashed, which is the reason I can not understand and would like to understand, since the quad-copter battery was charged to 97% and there were no mistakes. The full name of DJI Mavic pro, serial numbers, see the photos, I also send you a photo of a broken quadrocopter, I hope you understand how this could happen, that a new quadrupter with a charged battery in itself turned off in flight and crashed to the ground.
P.S. unfortunately the site does not allow you to post photos

Wow that's some serious damage. What did it hit?

97% battery and lights went out? and fell....  you're probably going to need to post data files for further inspection. They are a couple of members (Droneflying and Hallmark007) are 2 of them) on here that are very good with analyzing the data.

wow, heavy damage. After sending the flight data you ll most probably have to send it for repair in the US. I suggest you put the gimbal in place with gimbal clamp and cover..

I could not turn off the drone in the air, if you turn off the drone in the air, then the bulbs on the drone all the same blink, and my bulbs did not burn. Sorry for my bad English

If it fell out of the sky as you described then it's unlikely that the TXT file from your mobile device will provide enough information to figure out what happened. The DAT file stored on the Mavic itself is much more likely to provide insight into the problem, so if you'd like me to take a look then you'll need to retrieve the one associated with the flight you described. The instructions for accessing the DAT file are here and once you've accessed it you'll need to upload it to DropBox and provide a link to it in this thread (or send me a Private Message with the link). The correct file will have a date and time that correspond to when the flight occurred and will be tens or hundreds of megabytes in size.

Sorry for the crash, just to make sure I am on the same page, are you saying that you contacted DJI for several times, but haven't got a response yet? May I know how did you contact the DJI, email? If yes, please provide me with your ticket number so I can check it? Besides, you can also refer to the link below to contact the DJI Support again, they'll start a case for you.  http://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav

looks like it fell like a stone in the sky. no minimum planing / motors paused instantly! 51% cause a sudden power outage. the battery may be to blame! Painful what happened ... but again the dji advice is confirmed! Do not fly over the people !!!!! ... ohh what can happen ...
