Greetings i just updated to the new firmware and this is the 3rd attempt in trying to do a spherical pano mode and at pik 35 it quits and says Camera Error....any help would be appreciated it.

So i just completed a pano pik but when i stictched it in the app and looks good there it comes out like this when downloading it

Greetings i made it within the dji app and stiched it from there, but when i download it to my camera roll it comes out totally different.

I do not have the new DJI Go 4, yet.
But your first pic looks like a panorama in DJI Media Maker, with the added blue area over the clouds, and the distortion from the -85° pictures, like I created once.
Can you change to other settings?
At the Media maker it was a auto setting to Sphere (I think), that I had to change to (only) 180 or 360 Panorama
Perhaps it is the other way, here?

Seven i am not sure of the media maker, as soon as i have a pano picture i am just going to the pictures, as soon as i click on it it starts stitching it, i am not leaving to go in any editor.

this flat pano u can upload to facebook/insta or upload to 360 libraries like kuula.co - when u upload flat pano to this site u get 3d view - https://kuula.co/explore/liked u should have all photos in panorama folder used to create pano on sd card , same like separate photos media or shallowfocus folder?

Second thing is size of pano generated in app. Your is small - did u download it in this size from app? u wont use to generate pano 360 if yes. E.g my example  pano photo was 18000 pixels wide but i resized it to 9000px size and 10MB size

This is related to the performance of your mobile device. In this case, I would recommend you clean up your memory of phone and ensure that there is enough space for sphere pictures. Our engineers are working on that, it will be improved in the next version. Thanks for your support.

I would recommend you review the sphere picture in playback screen or check the original pictures in SD card and use other platforms to restore it.

Maybe this means that you must remove iphone 5s from the supported phones because its obsolete and app cant run well due to old hardware....

I dont think that is what Electra said.

It takes memory to do the stitching.

If you have 20 apps open and no space left on the phone its not going to work. If its a 5s or an Iphone X.

I did not have any other app open and i have 6gb free space....I think that if its hardware issue and not software issue , i think that iphone 5s is to old to be in supported list due to low specs...

Will you find the 46 pics, before you start stitching?
If you can download them, I assume they are to find on the SD, like all other pictures, you can put them in ICE

Sorry for the unpleasant experience. Can you export the crash log through ITool for us to analysis? The situation was forwarded to our engineers and I believe they are working on that. Thanks for your support.

The app is not able to stitch period, if it were a memory issue everyone in this forum would work around it, its the app itelf that does not have the ability to perform this function, it stitches it in a flat pano mode not a lil planet.
