I have a Inspire 1 and since the begining I have been able to sync my flight records but now when i try It fails 100% of the time. Ipad and Iphone and app is the newest version3.1.19 Any Help?  

fans84c9eec8,  is your device in airplane mode? Do you have a good wifi signal when you try sync your flight records? Safety First! Ken.

Maybe the network signal is not strong, have you tried different network?
When the data is synced, there will be a small cloud at the top-right corner of every record.

Yes I have full signal. Wifi and or LTE.

thanks for letting me know.  They have no fix? its just a data sync nothing really that special...

dji has more important things to do. Like fixing loss transmission or over heat issues.
