I does not look like it fell down - more of a case of "gimbal gone wild" - the video cut off as the camera was rebooting, and went into the boot calibration mode.
Had that happen to me once. Scary experience to watch in the video feed, but the quad's avionics are not affected.
Don't know what happened afterwards in that video, but hopefully the pilot did not panic and shut down the engines with CSC.

That happened to me too while over water. Gimbal recalibrated for some reason, my heart dropped but it quickly adjusted and landed back to the home point.

The flight was indeed above the limit. The official max altitude for UAVs in Russia is 150m.
Above 150m - only with a special permit.

Wow, had no idea it was only 150 m...wow pretty risky to exceed that limit. Still higher than USA at 400 feet. I fear even going near 400 feet here.

У меня была похожая ситуация

Резко задёргалась камера. Сажал визуально. Но до падения не дошло.
Диагноз - обрыв шлейфа управления карданом. А когда менял - накрылся и шлейф видеосигнала.
Дрон цел?
=================
I had a similar situation
The camera snorted sharply. The picture on the smartphone showed in the steppe... Planted visually. But before the fall of the drone did not come.
The diagnosis of my Mavik is a break in the control loop of the cardan. And when I changed it - the video signal loop was also covered.
Did the Dron survive or crash?

Let me help you with the translation ;)

"I had a similar experience.
The camera jerked abruptly. Went for landing visually, but managed to avoid a fall.
Diagnosis - the gimbal control ribbon cable was broken. While changing, the video feed ribbon also got damaged.

Is the drone intact?"

As I wrote before, the loss of a video feed is not the end of the world, unless the pilot panics.

Actually, looks like the OP is correct, after all. What I found earlier was proposition for a 150m limit in Russia.

Current rules are best outlimed here:
https://pikabu.ru/story/razyasne ... spilotnikam_5067952
You do not need to certify pilot, you do not need register the pilot of the drone, the drone cannot be confistacted by the police even if you broke the rules (unless emergency or martial law is in efefct), and you cannot fly in the restricted airspace.
Moscow is classified as "restricted from gnd to 8100m MSL", meaning that you can fly above that limit.
Other than that, the common rule of keeping away from airports, helipads and military sites applies.

No fly zones can be viewed here: https://fpln.ru/
(Select the options under the first "wind rose" icon in the upper center of the screen).

I read elsewhere that the authorities got so tired of people flying over Red Square that GPS a repeater got installed, covering the area and projecting Vnukovo airport coordinates, so that the drones would think that they are in an internationally recognised NFZ and would not start motors. No idea if that is true, though.

Here is a screenshot of NFZs over Moscow, with air corridors, airports and helipads plotted in.

Are you writing right from the DJI GO app? If so, check which keyboard settings you have on your phone, and also try opening the forum from a mobile browser.
I can imagine reading alternate comments may be quite disorienting for this forum's patrons who are less versed in the Rus tongue.
