One of my Inspire 2 batteries has stopped charging, with the charging hub showing a solid red light. The problem doesn't appear to be with the hub, as all my other batteries charge fine (with flashing green light). All the manual gives for a solid red light is the vague description of 'Intelligent Flight Battery Error'.
The battery is 6 months old and has undergone approximately 4 hours of flight time. If I press the button on the battery, one white light flashes supposedly indicating a charge of between 0% and 12.5%.

Was this battery left alone for a long time without charging and flying? If the battery is still in warranty period, please send in for evaluation, thanks.

The battery was in use in the aircraft just before this happened, and had been charged/used with no problems a few times in the preceding days. I was hoping there would be something else I could try first, but if not I'll send it in. Thanks.
