Have a new DJI spark. Been flying it by my hose for the last day with n/p with the new updates. Toke it out to the park to day was flying fine for 5mins. Had the spark flying in a open spot about the size of a foot ball filled.  Decided  to try sport mode being in a open spot at about 25feet up.

When flying back to me I let off the  controller to come to a stop. The spark started to slow down but then started to do like a nose down and started to spin down in to the  ground   
The spark went down hard. When it crashed down to the ground it flipped about 4 times. The front gear on the under Bellyy Plastic has broke and now the camera is not showing up on the phone.  

Have had the drone for 3 days and out $700.00 it looks like. Hope that dji can help come Monday. Has any one run in to this happening to any one.

That's very unfortunate episode, first thing you have to do is to upload the flight datalog to DJI server and then open a case, I don't know if it's better to wait to monday or if you can do it right now, but that's the first thing you have to do. I know there is a lot of forum users that know how to read the flight data so if you want to share it here in this threat, you might be able to get some information in advance.
I hope you get this solved ASAP so you can get up in the air.

Don’t know how to pull up the  data if I did would try to upload it. I”m new to the spark

Just pulled up something on YouTube see have to do it from the pc with their software have to try it tonight

Sorry for your crash.

You have to provide DJI the flight logs.
Here is the procedure:

Wow never heard that happened before.  Hopefully you can pull up the data and have DJI help you out.

Was like watching a movie where a Helicopter starts to spin out of control. But it was not a movie it was the spark doing it.

A failing prop or motor will make it spin (pirouette).

Can you upload your flight log to link below and follow instructions come back here and post your link. It will give you a good understanding of what happened.

Please contact our support and start a case: http://www.dji.com/support. I would recommend you upload the data to dropbox for us to check. If you want to ask for help, please inform us. Hope it will be solved soon and we will try our best to locate the problem.
