I bought my Mavic 8 months ago. One of the batteries went into Battery Error recently.  I did a full discharge and full recharge and the problem remains.  When I check the details of the battery, one of the cell has a voltage 0.2 lower than the other 2 cells.    I only recharge this battery 11 times.   Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Sorry to hear this, but once a lipo battery goes bad there is no fixing it.

Since you had tried to full discharge and full charge, then there maybe no other  things you can do. And the battery was out of warranty if it is over 6 months old. You can still try to do it once again, if the problem persists, we suggest that you don't use it anymore. Place it to the it to the designated battery recycling bins.

I see that you are located in HK. Why don't you take it to the DJI store in Causeway Bay, have them take a look at it?
