I let my buddy Karl fly my Spark yesterday and I rode his Boosted Board. It was amazing. Can't wait to get my own and use active track to have the Spark chase me around.

Once snowboarding season is over I think I'm going to get one, but I don't think I can drop $1400 on a Boosted Board brand. Somewhere under $500 is my target range. However, that Boosted Board was smooth and easy to ride. I guess that says something about the brand.

You have to ride pretty slow for the Spark to keep up in one of its tracking modes.  Worse, flying sideways in sports mode while manually tracking someone just gives you tilted screen.

Yes, I want to get some better tracking shots but because of the mist/rain and time constraints we had to cut the fun short. The Spark was tracking Karl pretty good but I stopped it because it was following way to the left and I thought it might hit a light pole. If the snow holds off in Minnesota for a few more weeks I'm definitely trying it again. I need to find some paved trails with minimal trees, light poles, and power lines.

Yes, flying sideways is not the best feature of Spark if you fly with some speed.
