Hi,

I received my brand new Mavic Pro Yesterday from Hong Kong.
I update both aircraft and RC with the last firmware using DJI assistant 2
I use the last version of DJI Go 4 app
I use the original cable from DJI between the RC and my phone.
Android version is 4.4.4

Myproblem is I have no live view on my phone

The camera works, I can take pictures and videos.

I tried in RC  and wifi mode and got the same issue
I tried with another cable on the USB port on the RC, same
I tried with and old version of the app, same

Did I mised any setting?

Done but doesn't change anything.

I also tried to change "Image transmission settings" on "Custom" and tried every bandwith allocation and image transmission mode possible.

Still no live view on the phone

What phone are you using? Second, go to Camera setting and use AUTO and see if you can get the picture back.

May I know what mobile device are you using? Please try to reset the camera settings, try to remove the SD card. If the issue persists, please try another mobile device to see if it will work. We would recommend using the mobile device on our test list. Devices might have compatibility issues if the configurations are not strong enough. Let me know if the issue can not be fixed.

My phone is a Galaxy S4, it doesn't appears in your test list, maybe that the reason why I have this issue.
I don't see it too but is there any chance that a Sony Xperia Z3 works?

I can confirm now that a Sony Xperia Z3 works perfectly with DJI Go4, you may had this device to your list
