I just purchased a brand new P4P Received it on 11/4/2017 .. I have had it less than 24 hrs and I get nothing on my iPhone 7, iPad Air or my wifes Galaxy Android. I occasionally get the Green screen and maybe a small line of video but nothing else. My P3A works perfectly in the same enviroment.

I hope there is a fix quickly or this thing is going back for a refund.

Could you explain the problem a bit more. Is the RC linked to the P4Pro?
What is the firmware in the P4Pro and RC? What version is the app?
When you open the app, does it recognise the P4Pro. Is the app working but there is no video feed or is the app not working at all?

Just to verify, has the drone been activated successfully? Please refer 2# suggestion and offer more details for better assistance, thanks!

The unit was returned as it had a bad controller. It was replaced with another complete system and now works 100%
