When I turn on my drone , remote and app my screen is on full screen mode with the video recording option. I can’t select anything to record or go to any settings.  I can’t get out of the full screen video mode. I have restarted my phone and the drone and remote. Please help

May I know which mobile do you use? And what's the APP version?

iPhone 7plus version 4.1.17. I figured out that it was because the and card needed to be formatted. Once I did that on my pc it worked fine
