Hi,
I just get a new mavic pro, this is my 2nd mavic pro

When i get the new aircraft, i update all the firmware to the latest firmware

At my first flight, Remote Control white icon is blinking, and when it go hundreds meters aways, it says remote control signals is weak

After that i went back home, and try to re link connection between remote control and aircraft, then i reset both

And i turn off the wifi, also make phone at aeroplane modes.

But at distance less than 1m, the white RC icon is still blinking...

Do you know what i should do...?
1. Remote Control with White icon always blinking
2. Distance less than 500m away, it says remote control signal is weak

How to send the file log to you in ordrr to check is there any bug or error for you to check the mavic pro aircraft?

Just to verify, what's the current version of the aircraft, controller and APP? Could you upload a short video of the blinking RC icon? We'd like to look into the exact status.

I've had screen video recorded, when i tested the mavic, how to upload?

On Samsung S7 Edge, version is 4.1.10

On aircraft is the latest

On remote control also the latest firmware

I've exactly the same problem, but my warranty just expired, may I know what caused this problem? is the RC or Mavic  ?

May I know which problem you are having with the drone? Remote Control white icon blinking? Or the RC signal weak? More details would be appreciated.

RC signal weak, the RC antenna was directly facing to to Mavic Pro already...... I've done the factory default  setting, firmware refresh on both RC and the mavic pro, re-blinding the RC to the machine, also tried different locations.  but no luck

Hi, sorry for all the inconvenience. Could you please check if there is an error message in your DJI GO4 app? At the same time, may I confirm that what did you do before it happens like that? Thanks.
