This is ridiculous that a company can get away with selling something then not take so long to fix the problem but you just spent so much money on a DJI drone. I bought a Mavic Pro and I haven’t been able to fly for over a week now. Every time I try to fly the app freezes and crashes really DJI really. I think we should get our money back. Just like if you buy a new car and two weeks later you can’t use it because the dealer needs to update your car computer so now it’s just sitting there while you walk or take the bus. Same thing here. I need my drone for work and I’m losing money but I still had to pay for this.

Hi sry to hear bout the issue your having,the GO4 app is bit buggy sometimes depending on what OS your using but there are workarounds and plenty of posts bout this issue.What phone and what version of GO4 are you using and also what Firmware are u on??

As DJ Said, we need more information to try to help you out.
1. What Device are you using? ( Apple or Android )
2. What id the current Firmware of the Device.
3. What is the current FW of the Mavic & Controller
4. What is the current version of the Go 4 App

This information is the foundation to start troubleshooting the issue.
Moderators and members will do our best to get you up and in the air asap

the freezes and app crashes happened since 4.1.15

There is no application on my flying phone that is so must have that I would update the software before allowing bleeding edge flyers work out all the kinks. Especially Android which has so many flavors at different degrees of maintenance and hardware capabilities.

I have the exact cell and it works like a charm. Try reinstalling the Go4 app then restart the cell phone device.

just FYI, after a DJIgo crash on an Ipad air (software: last version, firmware: last version, calibration completed) on 3/9/2017 my Mavic Pro flew away and the RTH did not work anymore.
Since then I'm fighting with DJI, wich don't take any responsibility regarding an evident case of product lacking conformity.

Shouldt those OS be flagged as non approved device for DJI Mavic then?  it dosent say anything about it on the package, and you are not supposed to do workaround on a new product..

Ok so I guess the good news is DJI just did an update today and when I did the update it’s all working fine at least for now.
