I crashed me P3S and broke the camera and gimbal. I bought a new replacement camera and gimbal. I have installed it successfully and it powers up and goes through it's precheck spins when I power the aircraft up. The camera up and down works on the controller but the camera will not connect to the DJI GO app. I can reinstall the old camera and it will still connect. It makes sense that the new camera would need to sink to the old controller. Please help if you know how to do this. I cannot update the firmware because it will not connect to the app. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks! Steve

If you mean the plastic bar with the wires that snaps in, yes. the black and grey wires are securely connected as well.
You did replace the whole camera kit, including new gimbal, right?
