Hey DJI Faithfools,

My DJI GO App won't connect to the RC remote after IOS update on my iPhone 6 plus.  I've tried every suggestions online/forums and still will not connect.  It only connects to my updated iPad Pro easily but not on the iPhone 6 plus.  The company should be reading all of these issues on this forum and have their tech support help us out.  At least we can appreciate their concerns and imediately release a fix.  But until then, I appreciate all of you who might have a solution for this.  Thanks.

Hi, I had the same issue. After several hours of troubleshooting the issue, I try restoring my iPhone and setup from my iCloud backup. That resolved the issue.

Please tell me the error message from your app or provide a screenshot of the image interface. What is the version of your app? Please try the method mentioned in 2# and inform us if you don't solve the problem.
