The maximum SD card Mavic Pro supports is 64 GB, Class 10 and above or UHS-1rating are required.
Recommended Micro SD cards:
Lexar 633X Class10 16GB MicroSDHC UHS-I SD
Panasonic 16GB MicroSDHC UHS-3 SD
Sandisk Extreme 16GB MicroSDHC UHS-3 SD
Lexar 633X Class10 64GB MicroSDXC UHS-3 SD

This is a little bit of an old post but I wanted to clarify a few things. I see you stating UHS-3 several times, but UHS-3 is up to 624mb/s transfer where as UHS-1 U3 is around 95mb/s and UHS-II is around 240mb/s.

I have also heard that, while Mavic Pro only supports 64mb, that people have tested 256mb cards and they work with a warning message saying it exceeds limits.

My question is; does the Mavic Pro support UHS-II 150mb/s write 240mb/s read or does it only support UHS-I  at a max of 95mb/s?

I wonder why you would want to use such a large capacity card?
If you loose your AC, and with the present software issues, this is a valid concern, not only do you loose that card but the footage stored on it. That might be many flights of epic footage. Not to mention the cost of the card.
Is this a wise choice?
